Hyatt Place Lubbock

Very good breakfast, nice location, overall friendly staff (sometimes more, sometimes less, but overall fine)

It is set back on a side road so it’s not right next to the highway. This makes it easier to get in and out of and it’s a lot quieter outside without all the traffic noise. The hotel is very nicely designed and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Best hotel breakfast we’ve had so far. We’ll definitely be back again.

The beds were comfortable with very nice sheets and pillows , blankets . The location was convenient, and The fitness center was open 24 hrs. It was nice they offered snacks when checking in. The customer service was good. I would come back overall it was a nice place.

Location was close to everything. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. It's easy and fast to check in and out. The facility looks new and every thing was clean.

The staff was super accommodating with my special requests. We got a walk-in shower for my older parents, rooms close together so we could all help with my infant niece, and when it was possible and adjoining room. The staff was kind, polite, warm, and very helpful.
